From our flock of free-ranging chickens on pasture that ate a natural diet of grass, bugs, and supplemented with feed. They have been moved daily for soil balance and regeneration. Their direct consumption of forages converts to good fatty acids and vitamin E. This higher fat content also translates to superior flavor!
