This is rustic blend of Shetland wool and silk. It's made from a mix of white and katmoget Shetland sheep so there are subtle variations of brown and ivory fibers intertwined. A nice amount of twist makes this yarn great for cabled outerwear, socks, or textured afghans or any project desiring stitch definition. This yarn is from medium grade sheep so it is strong, durable, and not prone to pilling!
